Alan David Kaye is Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, Chief Academic Officer, Provost, Pain Fellowship Program Director and Tenure Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pharmacology, Toxicology and Neurosciences at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine, the American Board of Anesthesia and American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians and serves as a Board of Director for the latter.

Richard D. Urman is a staff anesthesiologist at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and Associate Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts. He currently serves as Associate Chair for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as well as Medical Director of Sedation for Interventional Medicine, Director, Center for Perioperative Research (C. P. R.), and Perioperative Medicine Fellowship Director.
