The authors are all internationally acclaimed surgeons well known to the laparascopic community, frequent presenters and attendees at meetings and active in the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Cueto was trained in the United States (at the University of Minnesota) and is one of the most prominent surgeons in Mexico.
