The new edition of this landmark atlas and text builds on the strengths of the previous two editions, with step-by-step guidance to every surgical procedure in head and neck surgery. New chapters are included on genetics of head and neck cancer, rehabilitation after surgery, implants and prostheses and orbital tumours, and there are chapters reviewing other treatment options in the field (radiation therapy and medical oncology) as they relate to the overall management and outcome of the patient.
