Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and Molecular Genetics for Hematologic Neoplasms

Immunophenotyping is the most powerful tool in the routine diagnosis of hematologic neoplasms. Immunohistochemical technique is used in histology labs for this purpose, while flow cytometry is used in clinical labs.
